The Federalism Interaction Program in Koshi Province, held in Biratnagar on September 5, 2024, was organized by the FLC and coordinated by the Chief Minister's Office of Koshi Province

The second formal interaction program of the 'Federalism & Localization Center' was held today in Biratnagar, Koshi Province. The Chief Minister, Hon. Hikmat Kumar Karki, along with all Ministers, Secretaries (including the Principal Secretary), political party leaders of the Provincial Assembly, the Vice-Chairperson and members of the Provincial Planning Commission, the Chief Attorney, local government representatives, and members of civil society, participated in the program. 
The Center was established just two weeks ago after consultations with all the Chief Ministers and includes representatives from nearly all major political parties, including the Madhesh-based parties. During the program, Hon. Gopi Achami, Chief Whip of the Maoist Party in the National Assembly and a member of the Center, presented provincial issues, while Mr. Prakash Pantha, Chief Executive Director of the Center, highlighted the objectives of the program.
