Rachana Khadka is a prominent Nepalese politician affiliated with the Communist Party of Nepal (UML). With a political career spanning over two decade, she has made significant contributions to governance, legislation, and executive leadership at the provincial level.  
Previously, Khadka served as a member of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly and held the position of Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning in Bagmati Province. Currently, Khadka heads the industry wing of a sister organization of the CPN-UML, where she continues to influence policy and champion the party’s vision for economic development and industrial growth.
