Nirpa Bahadur Odd

Nirpa Bahadur Odd, former Mayor of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City in Kailali district, Sudurpashchim Province, made history in 2017 as the first Dalit mayor of a sub-metropolitan city in Nepal.
